About
Tamworth is a lovely small town in Staffordshire. By day, it has a bustling retail and hospitality community, but by night, it has a slightly more sedate atmosphere. Gala Bingo is located right by the main shopping area in the town centre, not far from Tamworth Castle.
Up to 50 cars can be parked just for Gala Bingo customers, and this is usually ample for evenings and afternoons alike.
The area is steeped in history with local parks, and the aforementioned castle is well worth a visit if you have never been before.
The bingo hall is part of an old building, but inside, it is modern and spacious. The facilities are in line with those of other larger Gala Bingo halls, and you will find the usual diner and bar, as well as slot machines, a smoking shelter, a cash machine, a hearing loop, and disabled access.
The atmosphere at this particular venue is extremely welcoming, and whether you are a complete newbie or a seasoned pro, you will always be made to feel very welcome with help on hand should you need it.

Opening Times
Like many of the smaller Gala Bingo halls, Tamworth has slightly more restricted opening times. There are no morning sessions; afternoon sessions tend to start at either 1pm or 1.30pm (with no afternoon session on a Sunday), and evening sessions start at 7.30pm.
It is also worth noting that Monday to Saturday it closes for 90 minutes between 4pm and 5.30pm.
Prices
Gala Tamworth has a very consistent pricing policy. Almost all games cost £5. The only session that costs more is the Sunday evening session, which costs £10 to play.
Electronic packages start at £10 for 15 tickets on package number 1 and go up to £55 for 96 tickets on package number 6. At the time of writing, Sunday games were not available, but Monday through Saturday prices were the same for all sessions.
