About

Located on the Robin Park Leisure Complex, Gala Bingo Robin Park is on the outskirts of Wigan just west of the town. If you are looking for a one-stop location for eating, drinking and having fun then this is the place to go as you are not only in a fantastic bingo hall, but you are also surrounded by top-class places such as Frankie and Benny’s, Empire Cinema and Pizza Hut.

If you go on a match day, you could also take in a game of football or rugby at the DW Stadium, which is the home of Wigan Athletic FC and Wigan Warriors RLFC. Do be aware, though, that travelling here on match days will be busy, and parking will be at a premium.

Away from match days, parking is no issue as the leisure complex has ample parking for all facilities but if you’d rather arrive via public transport then you can take the 622 bus to Anjou Boulevard and stop at the Gala stop which is right outside the club.

Inside the club, there is plenty to do, and it may well be the case that you don’t need any of the local facilities and just want to stick to Gala. The club will keep you fed and watered all day, every day, with a good quality bar and restaurant on site. There is an arcade area with slot machines and fruit machines should you want a change from the bingo or just want to extend your night beyond the last game.

The club caters well for disabled guests with full disabled access and facilities. You will also find a hearing loop for those who need it.

Opening Hours

Gala Robin Park in Wigan is open from 11am to 11.30pm Monday through Thursday and 11am to 12am Friday through Saturday. On Sunday, the opening hours are slightly less, with the club opening from 12pm to 12am.

Games start from 11.30am daily with the morning sessions and Part Xtra except for Sunday when the bingo starts from 12.45pm.

Prices

The cost of bingo at Gala Robin Park is relatively inexpensive with all games Monday to Saturday costing between £2 (Wednesday afternoon) and £6. Sunday evening is the most expensive session of the week with prices at £11 at the time of writing.

There are usually promotions running throughout the week, so it is quite possible to get money off your bingo as much as half the price at certain times. Be sure to check the Facebook page or call ahead for details of the latest offers.
