About

Situated on Biggin Street, Gala Bingo Dover is found right in the centre of town close opposite the O2 Shop and near to Marks and Spencer and the main banking area of town. Pencester Gardens sit just to the rear of the club and Marine Parade is a short walk away with magnificent sea views towards France.

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking at Gala Dover but there are plenty of pay and display car parking spaces around the town and public transport via bus is in abundance with the nearest stop being located at Pencester Road at the entrance to the gardens that share the same name. Bus routes 60, 61, 61A, 63, 63A and 90 all stop here and it is then just a short stroll around the corner to the club.

The bingo hall has stood here for almost 60 years and before that it is was a theatre which sadly burned down in a fire in 1937. Dating back to 1911, the venue is popular amongst the locals and you will find a very friendly welcome awaits.

The facilities are top class and despite the age of the building the venue itself is very modern looking inside and has a range of amenities including a good bar, diner and top quality arcades.

Opening Times

Weekday opening times at Gala Dover are 10.45am to 11.55pm with Saturday opening times being 10am-11.55pm and Sunday 12pm to 11.55pm.

Main stage bingo starts from 11am daily with all evening sessions kicking off at 6.45pm for the first chance game, 7.30pm for the main event and 9.20pm for the last chance games.

Prices

Prices at Gala Bingo Dover are very clear-cut with almost all games being priced at £5 for main session games and £2 for first chance games. Tuesday and Sunday evening games are priced at £10, as are Saturday afternoon games. The cheapest time to play is Monday evening which is just £2 for 13 pages of paper or electronic bingo.
