Located a few miles out of Bristol City Centre, Gala Bingo Hengrove is part of the impressive Hengrove Leisure Park, which is home to a large Cineworld, Brewers Fayre pub, Frankie and Bennys, Domino’s Pizza, and Premier Inn (just in case you want to make a real night of it).

Being set on a purpose-built complex like this has the advantages of having plenty of on-site parking, good disabled access (including plenty of disabled parking), and good access links from most parts of the city.

If you are arriving by bus then you can take bus routes 75, 76, 90 or the A4 Air Decker to the Hengrove Leisure Park bus stop which is a 2-minute walk from the front door of this popular Gala club.

You will find this bingo hall busy most days with evening sessions being the busiest time of day and Sundays being the busiest evening of the week.

The facilities are top-class, with a lovely, spacious layout in the main bingo hall and various table sizes to accommodate large and small parties. There is also an excellent, stylishly renovated bar area.

You can play bingo on the popular e-bingo tablets or via the standard paper-based game. In addition, you will find a state-of-the-art gaming zone with some of the best arcade games in the area.

There is an ATM on-site in case you need extra cash, and there is a smoking shelter and hearing loop.

All in all, this is a lovely Bristol-based bingo hall, and it is clear why it is such a hit with the locals.

Opening Times

Gala bingo Hengrove is open from 10.30am to 12.30am Monday-Saturday and from 12pm to 12.30am on Sundays. This means you can really make the most of all the local facilities and have an entire day of recreation and entertainment at the Leisure Park if you so wish.

The session times start at noon each day, with afternoon sessions starting at 12.45pm on the weekend and 12.25pm on weekdays. All evening bingo sessions start at 6.45pm, with the first-chance game, which is usually much cheaper than the main session.

Prices

The pricing at Gala Hengrove is pretty straightforward forward, and although you won’t find too many really cheap games, the price of bingo here is not too high at any one time. Afternoon games cost £7 for 13 pages of bingo (or there is a free option for 10-page paper books) and evening games cost £6 Monday to Friday. Saturday evening games cost just £9, and Sunday evenings are just £10, which is comparatively cheap when compared to national weekend prices.
